He is the founder of the Young Leaders Conference, which has grown from a small gathering of 50 leaders into a global movement of over 5,000 attendees from around the world.

As Senior Pastor of Spirit and Truth Church, Pastor Moore has overseen extraordinary growth—expanding the ministry to four campuses across metro Atlanta and Detroit, and growing to nearly 4,000 members in less than three years. Under his leadership, the church has fed over 100,000 people in a single year, given away cars, awarded full-ride HBCU scholarships, adopted schools and nursing homes, and eliminated $1.5 million in medical debt for families in need.

His impact has earned him the Phoenix Award from the City of Atlanta and the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award.
