Pastor Mark Moore, Jr. resides in Atlanta and is a graduate of Morehouse College, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology. He is the Sr. Pastor of Spirit & Truth Church and the CEO and founder of The Moore Group Enterprises under which he successfully hosts retreats, master classes and conferences with attendees from around the world.

From 2012-2022, Pastor Moore made an unparalleled impact through the Young Leaders Conference (YLC). During his tenure in leading YLC, the conference grew from 50 to over 5,000 registrants from 49 states and over 20 countries around the world filling convention centers and arenas. In 2019, YLC made history as being the first faith-based conference to host five presidential candidates at one time. YLC’s success garnered Pastor Moore the Phoenix Award from the City of Atlanta, which is the highest award a citizen can receive, as well as proclamations from the city declaring YLC Day. Under his leadership, YLC paid off over two million dollars of medical debt for those facing bankruptcy in just one year.

During the pandemic, Pastor Moore demonstrated the virtue of "pivoting and prospering" by thriving in digital ministry. His digital platform has reached an audience of 60,000+ subscribers, averaging 20,000+ views per week. As a result of his successful impact, Pastor Moore was afforded the opportunity to publish an article about his expertise in Digital Ministry in the Washington Post in 2021.

Within the first year of his tenure as Sr. Pastor of Spirit & Truth Church, the congregation grew immensely by thousands of members, causing the church to now host five services in three locations in the Atlanta metropolitan area. In August 2024, Spirit & Truth reached beyond the Atlanta area to the city of Detroit, MI and launched its fourth campus. Each of the Spirit & Church locations were acquired and remodeled under Pastor Moore’s leadership and each project was completed debt free! Spirit & Truth Church is not only a place for an unforgettable worship experience but also provides community services that feed thousands of people every week and embarking on hosting empowerment resources for children and their families.

Having been recognized by President Joseph R.
